On servers in Germany operated by Hetzner. Database, files and backups all stay in the EU.
Can I try Over for free?
Yes. The Starter plan is free for up to 3 users with no time limit and no credit card.
Do I need my own AI key?
On Starter the companion uses your own OpenAI or Gemini key, set per workspace. Team and above include companion actions and scheduled routines across all modules.
Can I connect our existing mailboxes?
Yes. Over connects to any IMAP/SMTP mailbox, so your shared addresses keep working and messages become tickets.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing period.
Do you offer a data processing agreement?
Yes, a GDPR data processing agreement (AVV/DPA) is available on all paid plans.
